Child Protection Psychological Evaluations


The Judicial Branch assumed the responsibility for creating and maintaining a roster of and credentialing psychologists who conduct court-ordered evaluations in child protection cases effective January 1, 2010.

All Providers seeking to be included on the roster of evaluators are required to submit to a credentialing process.

As part of the credentialing process, each provider is required to complete and return the Provider Information Form and the Background Check Authorization Form.

Also, each provider must go to and complete all the requirements found at the Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc.External Link website.
