The Judicial Branch Office of Victim Services (JB-OVS) Helpline provides information on the criminal justice process, victim notification, victim rights, and referrals to community and state agencies.

The victim services advocates who answer the Helpline also provide support to personal injury crime victims and their family members and family members of homicide victims at Sentence Review Hearings.
