A delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic visit the Supreme Court, October 24, 2014
On Oct. 24, 2014, a delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic met with Supreme Court Justice Dennis G. Eveleigh and Appellate Court Judges Michael R. Sheldon and Eliot D. Prescott as part of the delegation’s visit to Connecticut to learn about the U.S. judicial system. The delegation, including judges and staff, saw their flag raised above the State Capitol, took a tour of the State Capitol and Legislative Office Building and visited the Supreme Court courtroom. The Open World Leadership Center arranged the visit, working with federal court officials and the Rotary Club of New Haven.
