The Judicial Branch is pleased to
announce that it will once again be accepting annual attorney
registrations via the Internet. Registration forms for 2004 must be
executed and filed with the Statewide Grievance Committee by March 15,
2004. Enrolled attorneys may comply with the annual attorney
registration through the Judicial Branch website at www.jud.ct.gov.
This feature serves as another means to
comply with the Practice Book §2-27(d)&(e) registration requirement in
an efficient manner. Attorneys who comply with the registration
requirement electronically need not also return the registration form
mailed to them. This service is also available to report, as is
required, changes
in registration information throughout
the year.
Attorneys who have already enrolled can
proceed directly to the E-Services login page at
https://eservices.jud.ct.gov.
Please note the following amendment to
the attorney registration requirement effective January 1, 2004: If you
or the firm for which you work maintains one or
more fiduciary accounts, you must submit the information for
all accounts in which the funds of more than
one client are kept. See Practice Book § § 2-27(d) & 2-28(c).
Please direct
any inquiries to
