The collection of the annual client security fund fee for calendar year 2004 will be delayed this year, and will not take place during May and June as it has in past years. Attorneys should not mail payment of the fee until they receive their invoices. It is anticipated that invoices for the fee will be mailed in July of this year. A notice will be posted on the Judicial Branch website when invoices for the 2004 client security fund fee are mailed to attorneys. Attorneys should be aware that invoices are sent to the last office address registered with the Statewide Grievance Committee. An attorney registration change of information form must be filed to report any changes in address information previously reported to the Statewide Grievance Committee. The form is available on the Judicial Branch website, at any Judicial Branch clerk's office, or by telephone at 860-568-3450.
