Press Advisory re: Office of the Governor vs. Select Committee of Inquiry
If
the plaintiff’s application for certification pursuant to Section
52-265a of the Connecticut General Statutes is granted in this case, a
scheduling hearing will occur on Thursday, June 10, 2004, at 4
p.m., in the Supreme Court courtroom located at 231 Capitol Ave. in
Hartford. It is emphasized that this hearing is for scheduling purposes
only.
If
the plaintiff’s application for certification pursuant to Section
52-265a of the Connecticut General Statutes is denied, such a hearing
will not be necessary.
A decision on the application
is expected to be made some time Thursday after the Select Committee of
Inquiry files its responsive papers. |
