A briefing on the new drug intervention program in the Windham Judicial District is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 3 p.m. in the Geographical Area Courthouse at 120 School St. in the Danielson section of Killingly.

The Honorable Francis J. Foley III, administrative judge for the Windham Judicial District, will welcome guests and introduce speakers, who include: Sen. Donald E. Williams Jr., Senate president pro tempore; Willimantic Police Chief Lisa M. Maruzo-Bolduc; Superior Court Judge Cynthia K. Swienton; Superior Court Judge Michael R. Dannehy; and Chief Court Administrator Joseph H. Pellegrino.

The Windham Judicial District serves the towns of: Ashford, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Eastford, Hampton, Killingly, Plainfield, Pomfret, Putnam, Scotland, Sterling, Thompson, Windham and Woodstock. Directions to the courthouse.
