Notice Re: Fourth Term of the Supreme Court

Should any case need to be rescheduled during the Fourth Term of the Supreme Court due to inclement weather, it will be assigned either Thursday, January 13, Friday, January 14, or Tuesday, January 18, 2005. Counsel and pro se parties will be notified regarding the new date and time of argument.
