Special Act 05-5 "An Act Incorporating the
Connecticut Supreme Court Historical Society." This act
authorizes the incorporation of the Connecticut Supreme Court Historical
Society as a nonprofit corporation with the purpose of promoting
and preserving the state's judicial and constitutional tradition through
scholarship, memorials, publications and education.
