"Focusing on Justice" Program

"Focusing on Justice," a day long informational program for recently hired Judicial Branch employees, encourages participants to discover their organizational "big picture." In three April programs, nearly 270 employees from across Connecticut examined relationships among the Branch's administrative divisions and explored how their particular job supports the Branch's fundamental commitment to justice and fairness.

"Focusing on Justice" is a regularly scheduled educational event designed by the Superior Court Operations Division's Continuing Education Unit in collaboration with a cross-Branch planning committee. Watch for announcements of upcoming fall programs.
