MEDIA ADVISORY

The Commission to Study the Attorney Grievance Process has concluded its study and submitted its report to Chief Justice William J. Sullivan. The Commission, chaired by former Supreme Court Justice Robert I. Berdon, has set forth in the report its proposed revisions to the rules relating to the attorney grievance process in Connecticut. Also set forth is an outline of the major changes to the proposed rules.

The Report will be posted on the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch web page at www.jud.ct.gov and will appear in the Connecticut Law Journal for three weeks, beginning with the April 24, 2001 edition.
