Superior Court Filing Fee Increase
Section
10 of House Bill 7507, An Act Concerning the Expenditures of the Office
of Policy and Management, which was signed by the Governor in the original
on July 2, 2001, provides that, "On
and after July 1, 2001, each person who files a civil cause of action in the Superior Court, except a small claims
case, shall pay, in addition to the fee
imposed by section 52-259 of the general statutes, a fee of five
dollars."
