June Special Session Public Act 01-9,
section 58, effective July 1, 2001, provides that venue in small claims
matter shall be at Superior Court facilities designated by the Chief Court
Administrator to hear such matters.
Pursuant to this public act, the Chief
Court Administrator hereby designates the court locations to which small
claims matters were returnable before July 1, 2001 to be the facilities to
which they shall be made returnable on and after that date.
