Individually Scheduled Court Dates are now available on the Internet

Beginning Monday, October 3, 2005 , basic scheduling information is available to the bar and public on the Judicial Branch Internet site.

From the home page , go to Case Look-up >> Civil/Family >> Scheduling >> Scheduling Data.

The information is located at the bottom of the Case Detail page, and can be accessed by way of docket number or party name search. The data displayed includes events scheduled for today or a date in the future. The date, time, event description and event status ("off" or "proceeding") are included for public view.

The data is updated nightly. No scheduling data is displayed for sealed cases.
