The Judicial Branch website now has an
Online Media Resource Center
up and
running.
The center
includes:
quick links, fast facts about the Branch and
frequently asked questions. A drop-down menu with provisions
from the Connecticut Practice Book regarding access and
disclosure also is available.
Among the
links are those to:
the Code of Judicial Conduct, the
General Statutes, advance release decisions, notice of motions
to seal or close, and the Judicial Branch biennial report.
The FAQs are
divided into categories:
Organization, Administration and
Responsibilities; Judges; Getting Information; Access/Rules; and
Juvenile/Youthful Offender.
