Ceremonial Swearing In of Chief Justice Rogers Set for June 14
Governor M. Jodi Rell
will swear in the
Honorable Chase T. Rogers
as chief justice on Thursday, June 14, in the
Supreme Court courtroom
, located at 231 Capitol Ave.,
Hartford. The event will begin at 2 p.m.
Seating will be extremely
limited.
Introductory remarks will be made
by Former Chief Justice Ellen Ash Peters. Governor Rell will
follow with her comments, and then the Chief Justice will
address the audience. Justice Peters will make concluding
remarks.
