PRESS ADVISORY: State of Connecticut vs. Jose Offerman Continued

Superior Court Judge Patrick L. Carroll III, presiding judge of the Geographical Area No. 2 Courthouse in Bridgeport, has granted a defense motion to continue the criminal case of Jose Offerman from Thursday, Aug. 23, to Monday, Sept. 24, 2007.

Attorney Frank Riccio Sr., who represents Mr. Offerman, filed the motion.
