the Complex Litigation Docket situated in the Middlesex Judicial
District at 1 Court Street, Middletown, CT will be relocated to
the
Hartford Judicial District Courthouse

By order of
the Court, cases assigned to this docket will be transferred to
the Judicial District of Hartford by the Middlesex Judicial
District Chief Clerk. All counsel and pro se parties of record
will receive notice of the new docket number assigned to the
case.
In accordance with the Complex Litigation Docket General Case
Management Order, order 2 is hereby revised effective January 7,
and all motions, pleadings, and any other documents filed with
the civil clerk’s office shall: (1) include the “new” docket
number assigned to the case, (2) display the designation “X04”
as a prefix to the docket number, and (3) contain the heading
“Superior Court, Complex Litigation Docket at Hartford.” All
filings shall be made in envelopes bearing the words “Attention:
X04 Complex Litigation Docket”, 95 Washington Street, Hartford,
CT 06106. Failure to comply will lead to the return of the
filing to the sender.
All scheduled “X04” complex litigation docket matters will be
heard in Courtroom 400, 4th floor, of the Hartford Judicial
District Courthouse, 95 Washington Street, Hartford, CT
commencing on January 7, 2008. The presiding judge of this
docket is the Honorable Robert B. Shapiro.
