Public Notice re: Judicial Marshal Academy Reaccreditation

The Connecticut Judicial Branch’s Judicial Marshal Academy is scheduled for an on-site assessment as it seeks reaccreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. As part of the on-site assessment, members of the public and Judicial Branch employees are invited to offer their comments by calling (860) 706-5030 (Ext. 4027) on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Telephone comments during the call-in period are limited to ten minutes and must address the Judicial Marshal Academy ability to comply with Commission standards. A copy of the standards is available by contacting Jamey L. Harris, who is a program manager within the Executive Director’s Office, Superior Court Operations Division and accreditation manager for the Academy. She may be reached at (860) 706-5325.
