Individuals obligated to pay the fee who do
not receive an invoice or who misplace their invoice may contact the office
of the Client Security Fund by e-mail at
Security.Fund@jud.ct.gov, or by telephone at 860-568-3450, to
request a replacement invoice. Information about the client security fund
fee may be obtained from the Judicial Branch website at
https://www.jud.ct.gov/CSF/FAQ.htm#FundFee.
