Notice Regarding the Client Security Fund Fee

Invoices for the 2009 client security fund fee have been mailed to attorneys licensed to practice in Connecticut who are required to pay the fee pursuant to Practice Book Section 2-70, and to authorized house counsel required to pay the fee pursuant to Practice Book Section 2-15A. The fee, in the amount of $110.00, is due June 15, 2009.

The fee may be paid online by attorneys who have registered with the Judicial Branch for E-Services at https://eservices.jud.ct.gov/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fdefault.aspx . Attorneys who do not receive an invoice or who misplace their invoice and do not wish to pay the fee online may contact the office of the Client Security Fund by e-mail at Security.Fund@jud.ct.gov , or by telephone at (860)-568-3450, to request a replacement invoice.
