Public Hearing on Rules

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing for the purpose of receiving suggestions for new rules and forms, or changes in existing rules and forms, regulating pleading, practice and procedure in the courts of the state will be held by the justices of the Supreme Court, or a committee thereof, pursuant to General Statutes § 51-14(c) on Monday, March 29, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court in Hartford.

Persons intending to address the court must, upon their arrival, identify themselves to the clerk in court so that presentations may be made in an orderly manner. Each proposal made at the hearing must be accompanied by nine clear copies thereof.
