Notice re: Discovery and Deposition Dispute Order

The Discovery and Deposition Dispute Order has been revised to accommodate e-filing a request for adjudication of a discovery/deposition dispute. Form JD-CV-119 Request for Adjudication of Discovery or Deposition Dispute Under Statewide Standing Order must be filed by the party seeking resolution of any Practice Book 13 motion filed within six months of the trial date that is directed to discovery or deposition dispute issues. This form must be electronically filed, unless filed by an attorney excluded from e-filing, or filed by a self-represented party.
