Supreme Court Assignment for Days - April Term
The
Connecticut Supreme Court has posted its
assignment
for days for its
seventh
term,
which starts Monday, April 21, and ends Thursday, May 1. All
cases, except the case scheduled for May 1, will be argued at the Supreme
Court, located at
231 Capitol Ave., Hartford. The case on May 1 is assigned for a
full hearing via videoconferencing at the Appellate Court building,
75 Elm St., Hartford. Links to case summaries are provided below. Also provided are links to briefs that have been posted at Connecticut Supreme Court Briefs Online.
