Notice of Schedule Change for the Appellate Court, Thursday, October 16, 2014

There has been a change in the schedule regarding the arguments that the Appellate Court was to hear Thursday, Oct. 16, at Fairchild Wheeler Interdistrict Magnet High School in Bridgeport. The case of Lori Shriver v. Wal-Mart Stores Inc ., which was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., was withdrawn today. So arguments will not go forward. The first case, State v. Kendall Smith , will still be heard at 9:30 a.m.
