Supreme Court Assignment for Days - Second Term 2014

CT Supreme CourtThe Connecticut Supreme Court has posted its assignment for days for the second term of the 2014-15 court year. The term begins Monday, Oct. 20, and ends Thursday, Oct. 30. Except for arguments on Tuesday, Oct. 21, all cases will be argued at the Supreme Court, located at 231 Capitol Ave., Hartford. 
 
Cases scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 21, will be argued at Fairfield Warde High School, 755 Melville Ave., Fairfield, as part of the Supreme Court’s On Circuit Program.
 
Links to case summaries are provided below, along with links to case detail and briefs. Please note that from this month forward, briefs will be posted on the Judicial Branch’s website. Please also note that all calendar assignments are subject to change.
