Notice of upcoming cases Dec 2014 - third term

CT Supreme CourtThe Connecticut Supreme Court has posted its assignment for days for the third term of the 2014-15 court year. The term begins Monday, Dec. 1, and ends Thursday, Dec. 11.  All cases will be argued at the Supreme Court, located at 231 Capitol Ave., Hartford.  
 
Links to case summaries are provided below, along with links to case detail and briefs.  Please note that briefs are now posted on the Judicial Branch’s website.  Please also note that all calendar assignments are subject to change.
