Notice Regarding Short Calendar Markings

Effective December 1, 2008, attorneys and law firms must mark civil and family short calendar matters electronically through E-Services unless they are granted an exemption from electronic services requirements. 

Fax marking will be eliminated; phone markings will be limited to self-represented parties and to attorneys and law firms that have been granted an exemption from E-Services Requirements.
