In all matters in which the Attorney General has entered an appearance on
behalf of the state of Connecticut, where the sole interest of the state is the
provision of HUSKY health insurance to family members (that is, where no
financial support has been provided to members of the family), instead of
appearing at a court proceeding the Assistant Attorney General may, before
the court proceeding, file a written claim for relief regarding the state’s
interest in the matter.
