In all video conference proceedings for matters in which the
Attorney General has entered an appearance on behalf of the state of
Connecticut, where a motion to modify support pursuant to section 46b-215e of the Connecticut General Statutes brought by or on behalf of an
incarcerated or institutionalized obligor is pending, the Assistant Attorney
General need not physically appear and may file a written claim of
objection provided it has been filed in advance of the hearing on the
motion.
