In any action for nonadversarial dissolution of marriage
brought by joint petition pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes
§ 46b-44a, if either party files a notice of revocation, the matter shall be
placed on the regular family docket and scheduled for a status conference
to determine how the case will proceed.
