Please note that the State Marshal Commission is an Executive Branch commission operating within the Department of Administrative Services with independent decision-making authority. Inquiries about state marshals should be made directly to the Commission.

The Judicial Branch has no oversight over the State Marshal Commission. This information is being provided as a courtesy.

Restraining Order Duty Schedule
