A cash bond may be collected by the depositor after the case is disposed of or a diversionary program has been granted by bringing the receipt and a state issued identification card or valid driver’s license to the clerk’s office at the court where the case was heard. A check will be issued to the depositor.

    If the cash bond receipt is lost or stolen, a lost receipt form may be completed in the clerk’s office at the court where the case was heard. See also Bail FAQ.
