The building at 75 Elm Street, Hartford will be completely vacated
with offices moved to 61 Woodland Street, Hartford effective Friday, May
9, 2003. Telephone, fax and email services to employees and offices
being impacted by this move will be disconnected by 4:00 p.m. Thursday,
May 8, 2003. These services will be operational at all offices on
Friday, May 9, 2003 by 9:00 a.m. All phone numbers, fax numbers and
email addresses will remain the same after the move.

First class mail addressed to 75 Elm Street that is not delivered by
Friday, May 9 will be forwarded through the postal system to 61 Woodland
Street. This may cause delay in receipt of such mail. Any time sensitive
mail sent should be confirmed with the addressee to ensure receipt.
