Due to construction, the front entrance to the Derby Courthouse located at 106 Elizabeth Street will be temporarily closed. The approximate dates of this are Monday, September 26 through Friday, October 7.

During this time, please access the courthouse through the alley between the Sterling Opera House and the Office of Adult Probation at 100 Elizabeth St. There will be signs and judicial marshals to direct you to the temporary entrance. This entrance is also accessible pursuant to ADA requirements.
