An email address on the Judicial
Branch website is available for members of the public and news
media who wish to submit comments and/or recommendations to the
Public Access Task Force appointed by Senior Associate Justice
David M. Borden.

In addition, a web page about the
work of the task force is available through the Judicial Branch
website. The site includes information regarding members and
committee assignments along with agendas, minutes and dates of
upcoming meetings. Information from previous meetings also is

Justice Borden
established the task force last month. Its mission is to make
concrete recommendations for the maximum degree of public access
to the courts, consistent with the
needs of the courts in discharging
their core functions of adjudicating and managing cases. |
