Notice to Attorneys

The selection criteria for cases and the guidelines of the program will be printed in the Connecticut Law Journal on September 19 and September 26, 2006.

Immediately upon receipt of this notice, counsel are requested to review each of their cases and, if a case has not been prosecuted with reasonable diligence, to close the pleadings and file a Certificate of Closed Pleadings (JD-CV-11). If a case has been disposed of by settlement or otherwise, or if counsel does not intend to prosecute, it would be greatly appreciated by the Court if counsel would promptly file a withdrawal of action.
