This form may be obtained by calling
866-765-4452 or by downloading it from the Judicial Branch
website. Unless an exclusion has been granted, any Request
for Exemption from Docket Management Program (DMP) Dismissal
(JD-CL-71E -
available 02/01/07) must be filed electronically through
E-Services by attorneys and law firms.
