Notice re: Docket Management Program

The timeframe for filing Requests for Exemption from Docket Management Program Dismissal is being extended to the close of business on April 20, 2007 to accommodate those who have encountered difficulties concerning the procedures for electronic filing through E-Services.

In order for attorneys to comply with the mandatory electronic filing of a Request for Exemption from Docket Management Program Dismissal, you must be able to log in to E-Services. The same juris number that was used on the appearance that you filed in the case must be the juris number enrolled in E-Services.

It is important that you attempt to log in to E-Services as soon as possible because it may take 5 to 7 days to receive the password by U.S. mail.

If you are not able to log in to E-Services, please call 866-765-4452, immediately.

April 20, 2007 is the final extension.

Accordingly, cases not in compliance with the Docket Management Program Notice and Order will be dismissed on June 1, 2007.
