The Supplemental Affidavit
Updating Original Application (Form 1S) is to be used by applicants who must update an already-filed bar
examination or motion application. The Supplemental Affidavit Updating Original Application is not an application
for admission to the bar.
A Supplemental Affidavit Updating Original Application must be filed by those applicants
whose application remains pending nine months after its filing and by those applicants whose application remains
pending before the Committee for character and fitness review for six months from the date of the notice of such review.
