Accordingly, the principal issue in this appeal is whether the assignment of a municipal tax lien is required to be recorded on the land records in order for the assignee to have standing to foreclose the property, which is an issue of first impression for this court. For the following reasons, we conclude that such recording is not required and affirm the judgment of the trial court.")
